CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE

Encomiums and words of felicitation have started flowing in for the newly appointed Rivers 

State commissioner for housing, Mr. Emma Okah. The latest on the roll is a congratulatory 

message from Mr. Richard Amadi. In his words;

I congratulate Hon. Barr. Emma Okah on the well-deserved appointment as the commissioner for Housing and Urban development. It is my prayer that God who has distinguished you from others will give you the vigor, strength and fervent grace to discharge your duties effectively. Bravo to an illustrious son of Elele. It is our (Elele) cherished privilege to have you in Rivers state government. I thank Chief, Barr. Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike (Con), the  Executive governor of Rivers state, a political/Civilian general, a political Corner stone of Niger Delta, the only politician who could defile zoning, a cat with nine lives, for remembering the land of Elele beyond our expectation through this appointment. I Am highly obliged and I can assure you sir, that with the person of Hon. Barr. Emma Okah on your side, you will achieve greatness and you will have the entire people of Elele and Ikwerre at large on your side. Thank you.
